Badly behaved young children could be made to sign good behaviour contracts under new government plans. Can these new measures save young people from a life of crime?

The plan will bar trouble makers as young as 10 years old from verbally abusing neighbours or ban them from parts of an estate.
About 1,000 of the "most challenging" children will be expected to stick to the order or risk a criminal record.
Children's Secretary Ed Balls will also unveil a £218m expansion of Family Intervention Projects, designed to tackle problems such as drug abuse.
These difficult children will be given one-to-one support from a care worker and will have help with specific problems, such as drug abuse.
Do you agree with the government's proposals? Can they make a difference? What about plans for one-to-one support? Have you been affected by anti-social behaviour?
